Hi Tyrone
Not read or used your notes yet as I only have a few days to go before flying off to Beijing, where I will be studing in a Hospital for 2 weeks. I am reletively new to dragonboating and will look at you e-notes on my return to OZ in 4 weeks.

Cheers Tony

Im new to dragon boating so i have found the guide very helpfull

One thing i have found hard so far- coach keeps saying to move my hand further down handle almost on the blade to get max pull

It feels more natural to hold it about 1-2 handwidths up the shaft

I dont feel im pulling any less and think i get a better entry to the water

Any Thoughts?

Thanks again

I found the tips and explanations really helpful - particularly how to measure for the correct length of paddle. Good stuff - thank you.
